The easiest way is to bring it to Shabazi 38 with your order confirmation — we settle it on the spot, no courier and no forms.
Pieces should come back unworn, in their original packaging, with the tags still attached. Return postage is yours, unless the piece arrived faulty or we sent the wrong thing.
For hygiene reasons we cannot take back earrings, lingerie or swimwear, nor jewelry above ₪2,000.
