Shipping & Delivery
Everything is packed and sent from our shop on Shabazi Street in Neve Tzedek, usually the same day you order.
Within Israel
- Free delivery on orders over ₪800.
- Tel Aviv, Ramat Gan, Givatayim and Ramat Aviv — ₪45, arriving in 1–2 business days.
- Everywhere else in Israel — ₪70, arriving in 2–4 business days.
- Orders placed before 14:00 are sent the same working day.
Collect from the shop — free
Choose Store pick up at checkout and we will set your order aside at Shabazi 38. We will message you when it is ready, usually within a few hours. You are welcome to try things on while you are here, and to exchange on the spot.
International
- Free worldwide delivery on orders over ₪2,000.
- Below that, ₪145, arriving in 5–10 business days.
- Orders shipped outside Israel are sent without Israeli VAT — the price drops automatically at checkout once you select your country.
- Any customs duty or import tax in the destination country is the customer's responsibility.
Tracking
You will get a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel leaves us. If anything looks wrong, message us on WhatsApp at 054-971-1645 — you will reach a person, not a form.
A note on our stock
We buy in small quantities — often a single piece per size. If something you have ordered turns out to be unavailable, we will contact you the same day and refund you in full immediately.
