Refund policy
We want you to love what you chose. If it is not right, you have 14 days.
Returns
You may return any item within 14 days of receiving it for a full refund, including sale items. Pieces should come back unworn, in their original packaging, with the tags still attached.
Exchanges
Exchanges are welcome within 20 days, for a different size, a different colour, or something else entirely.
The easiest way — bring it to the shop
Come to Shabazi 38, Tel Aviv, with the piece and your order confirmation, and we will handle the refund or exchange on the spot. No courier, no forms, no waiting.
Returning by post
Message us on WhatsApp at 054-971-1645 or email elise@numero13tlv.com and we will confirm where to send it. Our address is Numéro 13, Shabazi 38, 6504015 Tel Aviv, Israel. Return postage is the customer's, unless the piece arrived faulty or we sent the wrong thing — in which case we cover it.
Refunds
Once your return reaches us we will check it and refund you to your original payment method within 5 business days. If you paid in instalments, the refund is credited the same way.
Faulty or incorrect items
Please check your parcel when it arrives. If a piece is damaged, or isn't what you ordered, message us on WhatsApp at 054-971-1645 within 48 hours of delivery and before wearing it, with a photograph. We'll replace it or refund you in full, including postage both ways.
Once a piece has been worn, we can no longer accept it as damaged on arrival.
Manufacturing faults
If a genuine fault appears later — a seam that gives way, a fastening that fails — bring the piece to us at Shabazi 38 and we'll look at it. We stand behind what we sell and will repair, replace or refund where the fault is the maker's. This doesn't cover normal wear, accidental damage, alterations, or washing contrary to the care label.
What we cannot take back
Lingerie, swimwear and earrings, for hygiene reasons. Jewelry items above 2000₪. Gift cards. Pieces altered or made to order at your request.
Your rights
These terms are in addition to your rights under the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, which they do not limit.
